Job Summary:
Serve as a Army Helicopter Avionics/Armament Maintainer Subject Matter Expert for the development of interactive multimedia instruction and as a classroom instructor for Army helicopters. Required to prepare detailed procedures and detailed system descriptions related to the maintenance / troubleshooting of U.S. Army Avionics/Armament and Electrical systems equipment. This individual will be required to travel to various U.S. Army installations in the continental U.S. and overseas.
Background Requirements:
Education:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
* Five years of electronic maintenance experience on DoD helicopters is required.
* Completion of USAALS Advanced Leaders Course preferred
* Must be able to obtain a U. S. passport for international travel.
* Army, Navy, Marine or Air Force instructor qualified preferred.
* Microsoft Office software knowledge highly preferred.
* Must be available for travel as required by contract.
* Must be capable of occasional efforts outside of normal working hours due to unusual contract requirements.
* Additional qualifications or experience as required by the contract position.
* Ability to obtain a security clearance.
