| Evergreen International Aviation, Inc seeks a Corporate Recruiter that has a sense of urgency and strives for results. This is a full life cycle recruiting position that requires the ability to identify and attract top-notch individuals through cold calling, networking, referrals and internet resources. A focus of this job is networking with people to motivate and inspire them to work at Evergreen. Incumbent Recruiter should be an engaging, empathetic communicator. Individuals that thrive working at a faster than average work pace are encouraged to apply. The position requires a Bachelors degree and 3 or more years of experience as a corporate recruiter or 5 or more years of direct placement with a service provider. There are other human resource duties associated with this position, so HR experience is a plus. I. JOB PURPOSE To recruit professional and technical candidates, with an emphasis on Aviation, based on the needs of the organization. Supervise and perform functions assigned in the organization, coordination and implementation of Human Resources programs, procedures, and practices.
II. WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, climbing, bending and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Equipment Operated: Telephone, personal computer, multiple printers, typewriter, copy machine, digital camera, facsimile machine, laminator, and shredder.
Work Location: McMinnville, OR headquarters and other locations as required.
Potential Hazards: Exposure to materials identified on Material Safety Data Sheets.

III. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions:
Recruit qualified candidates for professional and technical positions.
Coordinate recruitment efforts with the Operations, Maintenance, and Sales Departments to determine skill levels needed for open positions.
Prescreens candidates in all job classifications as necessary.
Performs recruitment activities including receiving and maintaining personnel requisitions, negotiate salaries, making job offers and scheduling start dates.
Establishes, coordinates, and supervises recruitment processes including applicant review process with department managers, reference checks, background investigation procedures and the hiring approval process
Coordinates recruitments efforts with other Corporate Recruiters and Director of Recruiting as required
Attends job fairs at various locations throughout the United States and abroad
Makes recommendations to management regarding personnel actions such as hires, promotions, and transfers
Ensures compliances with regard to hiring process in accordance with the companies AAP and EEOC guidelines
Marginal Job Functions:
Communicates with applicants via the telephone and email
Writes and places advertisements as necessary
Attends meetings as required

Ability to organize and plan work adhering to deadlines; multi-tasking a necessity; ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization; strong presentation skills and ability to favorably represent the company; thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures; ability to adjust to rapidly changing circumstances and priorities; ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals is essential. Education/Training: Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Aviation Maintenance Management, Aviation Management, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training or experience required.
Experience: Three to five years experience in Human Resources. Aviation experience preferred.
